I started travelling properly in the year 2000. My intention is that by the end of the year, I will have stayed in 50 countries in my life. Not airports, but actual visitations!

This is my grandmother. She just turned 91. She still drives, cooks and lives alone. We call her Super Gran. Obviously.
Notice she is wearing a tee shirt and I am wearing a down coat. That is one tough broad.
Home is New Zealand. But I have not lived there for 7 years. This blog is an attempt to get my wanderlust stories out of my head and into an order of sorts, to share the joys and frustrations of being someone who truly believes this little gem, coined by Miriam Adeney (image by girlgi.com):
I hope you enjoy my journey!!
